The most popular of the Kono family, the Meimon consistently delivers higher sweetness and body than a v60 or most other cone drippers. The dripper has much less and lower ridges, reducing bypass and creating a more complex sweetness and texture.
This reduced bypass also means more efficient extraction, and dial in is much easier and faster. In my experience, brews under target time still have passable structure and give you a nice depiction of the coffee.
